Each session includes wellness coaching so you can learn new ways to optimize your own health.

What began as a search for answers for my own health issues, became a major part of my life’s work and my mission to help people be more powerful.

I am an advanced certified BodyTalk practitioner and a Reiki Master, with extensive knowledge of other systems, including Eden Energy Medicine, Pranic Healing, Theta Healing, Quantum Healing, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping).

Sessions facilitate balance among body/mind systems (physical, mental, emotional, energetic) by intuitively connecting with your innate body/mind wisdom and receiving specific priorities. Our work often produces profound results, because we receive all our direction from you!

Your session will take about an hour.

Sessions in person at my Miami Beach office or virtually at a distance.
